We purchased a used Sienna here recently and had a pretty smooth experience with the sale. Everyone was pleasant and Stephen our salesperson was great at making what can be an arduous process, enjoyable. There was a slight hiccup when we discovered that the rear brakes had not been replaced as we had been told at the time of sale. Coggins service staff assessed and then replaced them and were a joy to work with. They addressed every concern we had even after signing on the dotted line.
