We have had a great 17 years with our Highlander and were ready for a new car. Saw Coggins' inventory and good pricing online and came in to look. We got paired up with Brandon W. as our sales person and all worked out great. I'd recommend the dealership--organized, fair pricing, good inventory, management structure and support, good hours etc. I'd especially recommend our salesperson. Brandon struck a nice balance between being personable and professional--not as easy as it might sound. He got all the details of purchase done efficiently and pleasantly; he added to experience of the test drive (again, this is not often the case) with good info, but not too much and by being an affable person; he spent time reviewing our vehicle before we arrived at pick up so he knew all the specific options and could explain them well. In short, thanks for making the purchase experience memorable for all the right reasons. May we meet up in 17 years!
