My wife and I had a good buying experience with Brian Oakley. We had an appointment at 2pm to look at a new Corolla Cross Hybrid, and had absolutely no expectation of actually driving home with the car that day. But after two test drives (one with Brian and one without), some extended price negotiations, lengthy paperwork with Aiden, and acquiring insurance with my company after-hours, we were driving the car off the lot by 6:15. We've never completed a car purchase and acquisition that quickly before! Thank you, Brian, Aiden, and Coggins Toyota.

Brian’s outstanding communication and very down to earth approach was very refreshing. I can’t say enough about this dealership and what a pleasant buying experience it was. Made my first purchase with Coggins today and am thoroughly pleased with the experience. I met Matthew Lawrence two days earlier right before closing and he printed out the Carfax for the vehicle I was interested in the short time we had and told me he would be in touch to set up a convenient time if I was still interested in the vehicle later. Fast forward to today and I arrived shortly after 11 am and was out the door with my new (to me) vehicle by 3 pm. Car came full of gas and was fully detailed for us while we handled paperwork. Matt and the entire Coggins team were spectacular and even helped me set up a service appointment when I noticed a button wasn't working on my steering wheel. I'll be sure to check back in with Coggins next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
