If I could give Jon Ferrin and Coggins Toyota 10 stars I would. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Coggins with the help of Jon and both times it has been the easiest experience imaginable. I recommend Jon without hesitation to anyone I know who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle because I know they will be in good hands. Scott O’Connell is also wonderful and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish this has been a positive experience and I plan to return in the future when I am ready for my next vehicle (although this Sequoia has exceeded my expectations so it might be a little while). After having a horrendous experience with another local dealership, i decided to give Coggins a shot for a used truck. I have to say it was a night and day difference. Matt was my salesman, he was fantastic to work with. They were able to work with me regarding payments to get it where i wanted it to be, explained options and coverages well, overall a great experience with sales. i just brought the truck in regarding a noise i had started to hear in the front end, as well as some seat controls that stopped working. they took very good care of me, and stood behind the truck they had sold me. It was a nice comforting change of pace after feeling screwed over at the other local dealership. i feel confident that i was taken care of, and that they will take care of me in the future as well. After having lived in SoCal for over 25 years, when I moved back to Bennington I knew that I would need a car that was 'snow worthy'. I happily bought a Subaru Forester - the 'state car of Vermont'. Being retired now, I don't drive as much and, only when I feel like it. 🙂 The Forester was the right choice. Now I wanted a sedan and went shopping to see what was out there. That's how I met Steve. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he went on the search. We found the car and went for a test drive. It was just what I wanted! I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the first time I felt listened and responded to during the transaction. Steve was focused on my needs. I spoke to no less than 10 dealers within 100 miles of where I live and Coggins was the easiest to work with by a long shot. Matt Lawrence provided great communication throughout the sales process and after agreeing on price, I spent less than 2 hours in the dealer before driving away with a new base Tacoma 4x4. This was the best possible dealer experience I could imagine and I cannot recommend Coggins enough. Thanks again Matt, this truck will see many fishing trips!
