Wanted to highlight Makenna Jansen and the service team for my five star experience at Coggins Toyota of Bennington. Makenna went above and beyond, from my very first call asking for help with my son’s car, which had a serious oil leak. Her communication was exceptional-she provided us an immediate appointment and kept us informed of the progress every step of the way, even after business hours. The repair was completed much faster than we expected and the pricing was fair and reasonable (and refreshingly, exactly at the amount estimated). Thank you Makenna and the entire service team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. You truly exceeded our expectations and likely gave my son a little extra time with his beloved ‘older’ car (2013) before it needs to be permanently retired. 😉

Steve really worked with us to find a car that we not only loved, but would work for our family. He was patient and kind. He showed us so many cars that he thought would fit what we wanted, and needed and we ended up with a jeep grand Cherokee limited with captain seats and so much more! I am so grateful I went to Coggins. They fit all of my needs while giving me an affordable option. I went there and within one day I left with a car, every single person worked their hardest to make this possible, even working around my work schedule, and staying a half hour later than they close, so I could get my car. I am so thankful for Mike Hacking, he's a great salesman and works with you so everyone is happy. Anyways, I would recommend everyone to Coggins for a multitude of reasons, I now own a reliable and affordable car that will last me for years!

Overall a good experience as far as car buying goes. Its a stressful experience no matter where you go. I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle and they went out of there way to honor the price and promotions from when the vehicle was secured. The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars was the value they gave for my trade. But what they did for pricing and honoring the agreement made originally to the best of their ability made up for that in my eyes. I would go there again.
