We purchased a used Sienna here recently and had a pretty smooth experience with the sale. Everyone was pleasant and Stephen our salesperson was great at making what can be an arduous process, enjoyable. There was a slight hiccup when we discovered that the rear brakes had not been replaced as we had been told at the time of sale. Coggins service staff assessed and then replaced them and were a joy to work with. They addressed every concern we had even after signing on the dotted line. Thank you to our service advisor Makenna, and thanks to Stephen as well for elevating our concern. That is the definition of great customer service! Coggins listened and responded in a fair and genuine way, a very rare quality in a car dealership! I would not hesitate to recommend both the sales and service departments at this dealership!

Our recent experience purchasing a new vehicle... My wife and I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their staff. First, we were in need of a bigger vehicle than the one we had and after test driving several different makes and models we settled on a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid. This vehicle is in high demand so finding one in stock was difficult and negotiating any kind of deal was impossible, until we increased our search radius to 100 miles, and BOOM... we found what we were looking for 83 miles away. The vehicle wasn't in stock but was expected to be in less than 1-week. It had everything we were looking for inside and out and more, but the best option was the dealer discount of over $3k off the top and an additional $1k offer for our trade-in over all the other dealers local to us. Securing the vehicle and dealing with the sales person, Destinie, over the phone, texts and emails was easy and pleasant. The day we drove 3 hours from New Hampshire to Vermont to pick-up the vehicle and complete the sale, to our surprise, there was no "Bait & Switch" or "Rug Pull"! No surprises at all. Everything that was discussed and promised was exactly what we received. Destinie was prepared before we arrived for our scheduled visit, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process to complete the purchase, and answered all of our questions. She was also very nice and made us feel like long time customers of Coggins. When it came time to go over financing we were introduced to Devin who gave us a great deal on an extended warranty with no pressure whatsoever to purchase more than we were interested in as there were many options to pick from. We met again with Destinie who brought us to our new vehicle and not only showed us all of the options the vehicle had but she also took the time to setup my wife's phone with the App and connect it to the vehicles media system. A few hours later we were driving away very happy "NEW" Coggins Toyota customers with our vehicle, and the 3 hour drive home in winter weather was a great test drive for us, to which it passed with flying colors. On the way home we both said how easy, comfortable and stress free the experience was compared to past vehicle purchases.
