Friendly staff, respected my time. Wanted to take the car immediately at purchase, but the seat was broken. They ordered the part, which will be repaired and delivered. Doug has always been super professional, very respectful and always considers the customers needs and puts them first. Upon purchasing my 2024 Honda Civic, Doug had 2 customers he was already working with ahead of myself when I arrived. He had the keys set aside for the 2 cars I was already interested in, he told me to take my time, test drive them and when I was already to come see him and let him know how I felt about the cars, before I could go inside he was already on his way outside to check on me. It was a very pleasant and easy experience right from the beginning, negotiating the payments and right down to the day I drive the car off the lot. I can’t say enough excellent things about Doug and how he takes the time todo his job 100% and how passionate he is to make sure the customers are 100% satisfied and leaving happy. Last year, I had to buy a car for my daughter after she graduated from college in ChemE at an University in New York state and got a job far away. Thus, I wanted a nice, low mileage reliable car. I searched carefully for the best possible car dealership, examining 100’s of reviews on www and carefully looking at the car inventory to see if the cars were overpriced. (I was trained as a professional researcher, problem solver, and how to get things done). Coggins Toyota of Bennington was that dealership. Most customers gave them high marks and were impressed with their followup service and care. They had outstanding cars in stock. She happily got a beautiful car. It’s been 11 months; absolutely no issues or problems. Now, last week, my son graduated from an Engineering School and needed a nice reliable car. We went to Coggins Toyota of Bennington and again got the best possible car for a wonderful price with no hassle and a pleasing experience. Thank you to Coggins Toyota of Bennington!! I believe in 2nd chances and this time they did as requested and then some much much better than needing to repeat a request and waste time and Dylan did an amazing job on his inspection video everything he showed he went into detail on how much life was left and suggested the replacement of a couple items I wasnt aware of review changed
