I came into Coggins after my engine gave out and was quickly put into a very reasonably priced vehicle with minimal hassle. I really appreciate everyone who helped make it happen — big thanks to Stephen, Sarah, and Scott for getting me back on the road. I had the most pleasant experience at this dealership over the July 4th weekend. I was visiting from out of state, and of course the morning I’m to drive back home all my warning came on flashing and beeping. I drove straight there, the determined it was a faulty sensor. It would need to be ordered, but the car was safe to drive. They followed up with a call to make sure I made it back home safely. Their customer care department is superior to my local Toyota dealer in Greenbrook NJ . Thank you for you help.

I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from Coggins Toyota of Bennington, and while the process had a few bumps, the dealership ultimately came through and took care of me. There were some initial delays in getting the title processed due to banking issues, and I noticed a cracked windshield when I picked up the car. That said, Scott O’Connell personally stepped in to make sure I had a vehicle to drive during the 3-week wait and arranged for a full OEM windshield replacement at no cost. The Civic is in great shape, low mileage, and exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate that Scott and the team stood behind the sale and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s clear they care about their customers and their long-standing reputation in the community. Thanks again to Coggins Toyota for making it right and getting me into a great car.
