I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a check on the front end. The service staff was extraordinary! The best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Unfortunately, the front end repairs were too expensive for my 10 year old Tacoma. I went to the sales floor and meet Mike. I drove out of the lot in a new to me Tacoma thanks to him. Thank you everyone at Coggins for your excellent customer service skills. You helped make a stressful situation almost pleasant!

I had a great experience here. Stephen Hooks was my salesman, and he was such a great person to deal with right from the beginning. He was easy to talk to, listened to me, and kept the entire process very straightforward and easy. I highly recommend asking for him when you go there. Coggins had a nice selection of available vehicles. I just needed a lease for a second vehicle, and their SR5 Tacomas came with the add-on features that I was hoping to get. It came with heated seats, all-weather mats and upgraded wheels and tires. No other dealer in the area had those features on their lot for a lease SR5. It was a win in my book!
