Amazing personal experience, Brian and Coggins were able to get me the Rav-4 hybrid I wanted that other dealerships told me was not possible -all by phone and email. They worked very hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted with all of the specifications, even though in this market it can take significant time - which they warned me. I was given appropriate updates as to the progress of acquiring the car. Once the vehicle arrived, the purchasing process was seamless and pleasant. I travelled an hour to go to this dealership and it was worth every minute. And the car is phenomenal - totally worth the wait.

I would drive hours to have my Prius serviced here. The service rep, Hali, and technician, Matt, were extremely helpful and friendly. When was the last time you actually spoke with the person who worked on your car? They even text you a video tour of the underside of your car, which you never see otherwise! Excellent experience.

Worth the drive! We drove to Vermont from West Springfield, MA. They had a great inventory, and a pre-owned 4Runner I loved the look of. Smoothest buying experience, real people, beautiful dealership, and a great trade value for my 2015 Highlander. My new car had a little vibration I was bothered by, and the Master Technician stayed late on a Friday to make sure it felt perfect.
