Customer comes in with no warranty left on their vehicle or never purchased a VSC and the customer’s Infotainment System needs to be replaced.
It is a $3,500 repair.
Customer pays the service department, & the customer never has to pay for that repair again, as long as they own their vehicle, because that part now has a Lifetime Warranty with Coggins Auto Group.
If infotainment fails again
Customer returns to Coggins, pays nothing for it to be replaced and receives another warranty for that part.
Customer received these Warranty Contracts, via email, the next day after repair is performed.
Maintenance items and any individual repair less than $200, does not qualify.
