Sales = great experience. Service = not so much. 3/14/26 - Could not have asked for a better experience at Coggin's. Everyone was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. My salesperson was Doug. update 4/29/26 - Went for a second key, drove home in a rental. I wanted to leave my experience here for others to read. After completing the job to get a second key, my vehicle was bumped somewhere while in their possession. The damage was significant enough where they had to take it to their collision dept. for repair. If I had not seen it before leaving, I would have driven home with it that way. How did someone not know they bumped my car? After two attempts to repair what was done, I have my vehicle back a week later. The job done was okay. Not back to what it was for sure and I did come across some over spray and a fastener that was not put back properly. Word to the wise - do a thorough walk around before and after your vehicle goes into this shop. And another thing...not one person ever apologized for what happened.
